Team Training

Our training courses are tailored to enable team members to work together productively and understand and respond to client needs effectively. Team training provides members with the knowledge to express themselves clearly and respectfully, listen to others empathetically, work with colleagues and clients who have diverse conflict styles, and ask questions that move a discussion from being stuck in conflict to the understanding needed to resolve issues. Training includes small group discussion and exercises and is available online or in person. Contact us to schedule one of the courses below or have us design a custom curriculum for you.
